Terms of Service – Zamboni Cleaning Service

1. Scope of Service: We offer residential cleaning services tailored to your needs. This includes standard recurring cleanings, deep cleaning, and move-related services. The exact tasks and areas covered will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the first service.

2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. This ensures fairness and scheduling stability.

3. Pet Safety & Responsibility: For the safety of your pets and our staff, pets must be secured or kept in a safe, designated area. We cannot be held liable for pets escaping or any issues related to pets during the cleaning.

4. Client Preparation & Access: Please ensure clear access to the areas to be cleaned. Remove fragile, valuable, or personal items beforehand. We are not responsible for items not removed or protected.

5. Liability & Insurance: We carry insurance for accidental damage caused by our team. However, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage or undisclosed delicate surfaces. Please inform us of any delicate materials in advance.

6. Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges. We accept standard payment methods as discussed upon booking.

7. Health & Safety Conditions: We reserve the right to refuse service if hazardous conditions are present (e.g., mold, infestations). We must ensure safety for all parties.

8. Confidentiality: We respect your privacy. Any client information or home details are kept strictly confidential.

9. Client Feedback & Resolution: We welcome feedback. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of the service to ensure prompt resolution.

10. Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement if terms are breached, with reasonable notice given.
