Pricing:
Our flat rate pricing is designed to simplify your life; however, it may not account for every factor. Please note that the quoted prices are based on the information provided. If there is a deviation from the initial assessment, we reserve the right to adjust the charges accordingly. While we strive to maintain our flat pricing, factors such as heavy soiling, mineral deposits, previously damaged surfaces, or any other unforeseen circumstances may necessitate additional charges. Our mission is to provide transparent and honest pricing without engaging in deceptive practices.
Correct Service Selection:
To ensure accurate pricing, it is essential to order the correct service based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your property. If you order an incorrect service package and only require a partial cleaning, you will be charged the full service price.
Partial Cleaning:
We do not offer partial cleaning for homes or offices. If you require only a partial cleaning after ordering our service and fail to notify us before our arrival, you will be charged the full service price.
Terms of Service and Policies:
We recommend that all customers begin with a Deep Clean, followed by Basic Cleans on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or other predetermined schedule based on your needs. Our professional staff can guide you in determining the appropriate maintenance plan for your property.
In some cases, certain properties may require organizational services before the initial clean can take place. If necessary, we will collaborate with you to develop a plan that best suits your family's needs.
Please note that first-time cleans may take longer depending on the size of the property, the number of bathrooms, and the amount of work required to meet our standards.
Limitations and Liability:
For insurance purposes, our staff is unable to move furniture or climb anything higher than a 2-step ladder. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
While we are professionals, it's important to understand that we cannot perform miracles. Occasionally, we may be called in too late to rectify damage to surfaces that were not properly maintained in the past. Some items may require multiple cleaning sessions to restore them to their optimal condition. We strive to make everything look as new as possible. In the case of extremely cluttered areas or surfaces, we reserve the right to use our discretion and may skip those areas to avoid damage or injury.
To ensure the safety of our staff, we require the ability to work freely and without distractions. Although we take every precaution to work safely and cautiously, we cannot assume liability for the safety of others while cleaning your property. This includes children and pets. If distractions significantly impact our ability to work efficiently or safely, we reserve the right to charge for the additional time spent on the job.
We kindly request that our staff not be subjected to uncomfortable working conditions. Proper heating and/or air conditioning should be provided, allowing our cleaners to work in comfortable conditions. We will adjust the settings back to your preferences before leaving.
If, at any point, an employee of Zamboni Cleaning Service feels their personal safety is in danger due to actions by the customer, guests of the customer, or others at the job site, the customer will remain liable for the full cost of the job.
Liability for Damage and Loss:
Please be advised that our liability for damage is limited to the cost of the cleaning service. We assume no liability for damage or loss of items that were not properly secured or were damaged prior to our cleaning service. For example, heavy pictures hanging from thumbtacks, floating shelves, etc. Collectibles or items of high value (monetary or sentimental) should be stored in a case behind glass or dusted and cleaned by the owner. All surfaces, such as marble, granite, and hardwood floors, are assumed to be properly sealed and ready to clean without causing harm when common cleaning supplies are used. Blinds must be wide, wood, or faux wood for hand cleaning. The excessive buildup may require a professional blind cleaning service. Cleaning of aluminum and/or plastic blinds requires a professional blind cleaning service. We are not responsible for any broken blinds resulting from our cleaning service, but we will dust your blinds as part of our cleaning service at no additional cost.
Lockouts:
We are not responsible for any costs or expenses due to the loss or malfunction of doors, callboxes, lockboxes, locks, or keys. While we offer a free key storage service for your convenience, we are not obligated to assist you in gaining entry into your home or office at any time. It is advisable to have your own spare key readily available.
Special Requests:
We welcome special requests from our customers. However, we kindly ask that you contact our office in advance to ensure that your cleaning team, responsible for multiple properties, can accommodate your request.
